CENTURY 21 Brings on Middleton Group Realty as Latest Affiliate

Century 21 Real Estate LLC. has announced it is continuing to expand its presence in south-central Texas with its latest affiliation of veteran-oriented Middleton Group Realty based in San Antonio.

Now doing business as CENTURY 21 Middleton, the five-year-old firm is led by Bobby Middleton, who joined the real estate industry in 2009 after spending his earlier career working in law enforcement. Middleton’s first role in the industry was with another CENTURY 21 ® independent brokerage, a press release noted. Shortly thereafter, Middleton’s wife Michelle inspired him to start his own brokerage, where he was able to quickly carve out a niche for his young firm as a military relocation specialist. Middleton now works closely with one of the largest VA lenders in the U.S., which has named him as one of their Preferred Brokers in San Antonio.

“The CENTURY 21 ® brand provides us with the tools exclusive to an international business, while still allowing us to maintain the family feel that our firm prides itself on,” said Middleton. “We value our clients and our nation’s veterans above all else, however, we don’t want to neglect possible opportunities for growth. Reputation is everything, and the CENTURY 21 ® brand is unmatched in that regard, which will allow us to maintain the trust and credibility we’ve worked so hard to build, while also giving us a foot in the door with new clients in new markets.”

Middleton’s history in law enforcement has strongly influenced his leadership and communication skills and has helped him reinforce the idea that his firm should always “tell it like it is,” the company stated, noting the firm understands that real estate transactions can be a life-changing experience, and they’ll never push a client into a move for the sake of making a sale. Instead, they consistently act with their clients’ best interests in mind, he said.

“I’d always rather tell someone to run from a bad situation than put them in a position that I don’t feel comfortable with,” said Middleton. “Fortunately, we’re well-equipped to recognize potential problems before they start costing money. For our veteran clients especially, we recognize the sacrifices they’ve made during their service, and we’ll never shy away from providing them with the ultimate service in return to ensure they get to live the lives they fought so hard to earn.”

San Antonio, known as “Military City,” is deeply tied to the armed forces. With the third largest military population in the U.S. as of 2022, over 5% of local homes belong to military families, largely thanks to the city’s proximity to four separate military bases, the release stated. Aside from its military ties, the city’s economy is also largely driven by the oil and gas industries as well as a financial service company headquartered in the city, the company noted.

“Bobby has done an excellent job at positioning himself as a go-to resource for the many veterans living in San Antonio and we can’t wait to support the valiant cause that he champions,” said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “The home buying process can be particularly tricky for veterans as they navigate the complexities of their VA offerings. To have a loyal, capable ambassador like Bobby join the CENTURY 21 ® network is incredible for the brand. We’re proud to provide Bobby and the veterans he serves with the tools and compassionate service they deserve.”
